Harry Potter. Doctor Who. Sherlock. Merlin. Disney. Hunger Games. The Avengers. College. Etc.
So probably not many people remember Operation: PTALMTPSROT (Prove that Ari Likes Male Teen Pop Sensations Regardless of Talent) (and yes, I just searched through my blog to find that name because there was no way I could remember it). The basic goal was to prove that Ari, my lovely little sister, would become obsessed with One Direction, just as she had Justin Bieber and the Jonas Brothers before.
My mission seemed to be moving slowly, but now, finally, after five-ish months, she finally told me she’s becoming obsessed! She now knows who all of them are, and she even has a favorite. Apparently it’s Louis.
I am proud to say my experiment has been a success. *Insert evil laugh here*

In all seriousness, though, I don’t judge her too harshly for it. Justin Bieber, yeah, I judge her. But it’s more because of who he is and what I consider to be his lack of talent than her obsession itself. When it comes to One Direction, I really don’t know anything about these guys, and “What Makes You Beautiful” has grown on me recently (and trust me, it’s extremely embarrassing to admit that). And it’s not like I’m not obsessed with about twenty million books/tv shows/movies/celebrities, so I can’t really judge. I just like teasing her because she’s my little sister.
Though I do think having a favorite member of One Direction is a little silly.
